Martin Luther, during his 62 year old life on earth experienced many different things. He is one of the first people to stand up to the Pope and the Catholic Church. Martin Luther was a philosopher, an outspoken leader of criticizing the Catholic Church and his 95 thesis statements, but Martin Luther was much more than a reformer; he was a philosopher, musician, and an author. Martin Luther was a very intelligent man but from some of the actions and the way he believed made people not very fond of him.
Martin Luther was a reformer and helped the Catholic Church become what it is today, even though he is not part of the Catholic Church because he was excommunicated from the Catholic Church by Thomas Cajztan because of his 95 thesis he wrote and he would not take them back/ down off the bulletin board in the middle of town. So, after being excommunicated from the Catholic Church Martin Luther went into a hibernation from the outside world and lived in a small town far away.
Martin, along with being an outspoken member of the Catholic Church was born into a musical family. He has several hymns and songs. He was very interested in the writing of poems and hymns and also he was a very proficient writer and artist. Luther was an accomplished and a very detailed artist as well.
Martin Luther’s legacy he has left from the actions that he has done had helped shape the Catholic Church that we know today. If Martin didn’t have the courage the Catholic Church wouldn't be how it is today. Martin played a big role in the Renaissance by the way he spoke out and by his writings and art masterpieces left behind. Martin Luther was a very respected man but not liked by all because of his views, but even if you don't agree with him you should still respect him due to the courage it takes to step up and do what he did and most people couldn't.
